To access your downloads available to your account, navigate to your account page by selecting the 'My Account' link at https://billing.crossclave.com/ after logging in. From there you will be able to see a Dashboard table with several options listed. Select the 'Downloads' link to open a list of your account's currently available application downloads. Select the version you wish to download and your browser should automatically begin this process.
