*Important note: In order to log in to another device, you will need to have CrossClave installed, logged in, and running on another device in order to transfer the necessary encryption keys*
Logging in to an existing account may be slightly different than what you're used to. Performing the following steps will allow you to access your account on a new device.
First, download the application from https://spideroak.com/opendownload/ and install it.
After you install CrossClave, launch the application and use the 'Restore on this Device' button.
You will be prompted for your Recovery Key. Enter it in the appropriate field and select Continue.
Next, enter your Team Join URL.
If you are a customer of SpiderOak's hosted CrossClave SaaS version, your Team Join URL is the following:

If you are using a different setup, such as a self-hosted version of CrossClave, you will need to use the Team Join URL provided by your team admin.
The application will load then you’ll be dropped into your account with teams and spaces ready for you to use.
If you don’t know or can’t find your recovery key, you can follow the instructions in the Getting Started Guide for End Users to set up a new account.
